Lorenzo Vaccarella was Director of New Product Development at Paragon Medical until the end of July 2024.

Mr Vaccarella has long experience within the medical device, medical capital equipment and medical interconnect assemblies industries, having worked within three divisions of Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Orthopaedics, DePuy Spine and Codman & Schurtleff), two divisions of Medtronic (Advanced Energy and Minimally Invasive Therapies Group), and at Echo Therapeutics, Waters Corporation and Amphenol Alden.

Mr Vaccarella holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University (MA, US) and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix (AZ, US).
