Michael Gunner, PhD, joined Mikron Corporation Denver (CO, US) in 2010 as the Applications Engineering Manager and became the General Manager in 2012. He has a BSc and a PhD in electronics engineering from the University of Hull, UK. He has lived in the US for 29 years, working first as a visiting assistant professor at North Carolina State University before transiting to various automation companies in the US.
