Rolando Abaroa Martinez, Global Head of Product Design at BAUMANN MEDICAL, is a specialist in spring design with more than two decades of experience. He has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and has gained practical experience in various positions within the BAUMANN Group.

Compression, extension and torsion springs are his passion, and he has successfully worked with BAUMANN MEDICAL’s stakeholders for over 10 years.
