Aaron Mann is the Chief Executive Officer of Windgap Medical and has over 20 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical services industries across a variety of leadership roles. Before joining Windgap in 2023, he served as the founding CEO of Kindeva Drug Delivery, a complex drug CDMO focused on respiratory and transdermal combination products, which he built in partnership with 3M and Altaris Capital Partners following 3M’s divestiture in 2019.

He has prior executive leadership roles at Phillips-Medisize, 3M and Remedi SeniorCare. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Carleton College.
