Marcus Agunloye, Head of Human Factors at Springboard (part of Sanner Group), is a human factors engineer with experience working in industrial design and human factors in the medical device industry. He graduated with a BA in industrial design and technology from Brunel University (UK). Prior to joining Springboard in 2023, he was a Senior Human Factors Engineer & Industrial Designer at SMC Ltd (previously Oval Medical Technologies).
