With over 20 years of experience in human factors engineering and a background in industrial design Mr Pidgeon brings a pragmatic, design-led approach to complex healthcare challenges. He has led usability programmes across a wide range of combination products from autoinjectors to inhalers and is a regular speaker at international conferences. Mr Pidgeon is passionate about balancing innovation with usability, ensuring that technology serves the user rather than the other way round.
