Anna Kirstine Jørgensen is a final-year PhD student at the UCL School of Pharmacy (London, UK), conducting research on 3D-printed personalised medicines as part of the Basit Research Group and is funded by the EPSRC.

She has published multiple high-impact papers on pharmaceutical drug printing. Ms Jørgensen holds an MSc in Pharmaceutics from UCL and a BSc in Pharmacy from University of Copenhagen, Denmark, during which spent half an academic year on exchange at ETH Zurich (Switzerland). Prior to starting her doctoral degree, she spent one year working for Evotec and Intract Pharma.
