Bernhard Müllinger is the General Manager and Chief Operations Officer Recipharm–Medspray joint-venture Resyca, and is based in Munich, Germany.

Mr Müllinger has experience with smart nebuliser devices and has worked in this industry for most of his career. He has extensive knowledge in medical device development and clinical development of combination products.

Prior to joining Resyca, Mr Müllinger worked at Vectura, Activaero (acquired by Vectura in 2014), Inamed-CRO (Munich, Germany), Asklepios Clinic (Hamburg, Germany) and Helmholtz-Zentrum (Neuherberg, Germany).
