Edward Trappler is the Founder of Lyophilization Technology, Inc. (LTI), established in 1992 to provide scientific and technical services and advance the knowledge of lyophilisation across the healthcare industry. With over 45 years of experience in product development, toxicology, clinical supply manufacturing, and parenteral production, Mr Trappler has become a recognised leader in the field.

He has contributed to six books, authored numerous papers and frequently presents at international conferences and courses for AAPS, ISPE and PDA. An active member of the PDA, Mr Trappler has served in leadership roles, including chairperson of the Lyophilization Interest Group, the Validation Task Force and the Education Advisory Board.
