Troels Keldmann, PhD, MBA, has spent 25 years in DDS devices and the medical devices industry, working cross-functionally across development, technology sourcing, innovation, IPR-strategy, business development, external innovation, partnering and technology commercialisation. As Interim Technical Lead on Injection Devices at LEO Pharma A/S, Dr Keldmann headed the identification, evaluation and selection of subcutaneous injection devices.

His earlier DDS experience includes co-founding and heading innovative DDS technology start-ups up to industry sale exit and working as a consultant in DDS devices for pulmonary, nasal, subcutaneous (both needle-based and needle-free) and intramuscular delivery. Dr Keldmann has been appointed as Business Coach by the European Innovation Council EIC and Industry Fellow at the Technical University of Denmark. He holds a BSc, MSc and PhD in Mechanical Engineering & Innovation and an MBA.
