Damon Smith, PhD, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Altus Group of Companies, which comprises Altus Formulation, Altus Drug Development and TALLC Ophthalmology.  He founded  Altus Formulation in 2013. Prior to Altus, Dr Smith held senior research and development positions in biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the UK and Canada.
