Laura Marsden is the Digital Health Lead for Jabil Healthcare. Her roles in patient advocacy, healthcare improvement, and medical device R&D give her a unique perspective and customer-centric approach. Ms Marsden is co-founder and member of Parent & Patient IBD Advisory Council at MassGeneral Hospital for Children (Boston, MA, US). She also serves on the Pathway to Mastery Steering Committee of the ImproveCareNow network at the James M Anderson Center for Health System Excellence (Cincinnati, OH, US). She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design and Human Factors from Rochester Institute of Technology (NY, US)
