ForSight VISION5 was acquired by Allergan in 2016. It was focused on developing non-invasive, sustained drug delivery products to replace eye drops, for eye diseases including glaucoma and dry-eye. The acquisition included US$95 million upfront and a launch milestone on its lead programme.
