Frédérique Pedretti-Abel, PhD, is Worldwide Vice-President of Quality Management for Pharmaceutical Systems at BD, a role she has held since February 2025. She joined BD in 2020 and has held several senior quality leadership positions across EMEA and international markets. With more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and MedTech industries, Dr Pedretti-Abel has led global organisations across Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, R&D and Programme Management. Prior to BD, she held senior leadership roles at Edwards Lifesciences and Novartis. She holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Swiss Board Diploma from Swiss Board School.
