Matt Hill is a Principal Design Engineer at Crux Product Design, where he brings over a decade of engineering and manufacturing experience to the development of complex medical technologies. His work centres on drug delivery devices, with a particular passion for injectables. Mr Hill has supported the development of a wide range of injectable systems across all stages of the product lifecycle. He is recognised for championing a risk‑based approach to device development, applying rigorous engineering principles and practical experience to identify, mitigate and drive down risk throughout the process.
