Pauline Genovese is a Development Projects Manager at Unither Pharmaceuticals, and has led project development since October 2025. She previously worked as a consultant for pharmaceutical companies such as Takeda and GSK in Belgium where she was involved in vaccine development.

Ms Genovese holds a degree in Health Engineering from Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens, France) and an engineering degree in Biotechnology with an entrepreneurship and R&D speciality from Sup’Biotech Engineering School (Villejuif, France). Passionate about innovation, she chose to make it her career to contribute to technological advances in healthcare and pharmaceutical products.
