Serena Grace is Head of Sustainability at Owen Mumford, where she focuses on building integrated data systems that enable sustainability to function as a core business capability. With a background in neuroscience, behavioural science and digital analytics, she specialises in designing organisational systems that translate complex sustainability and emissions data into clear, decision-relevant insights.

Her work centres on embedding sustainability into product development, operations and supply chain decision-making to support long-term net-zero strategy. She holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, including from the University of Oxford (UK) and the University of Cambridge (UK).
