Bill Welch is Executive Director of Services for PCI Pharma Services’ advanced drug delivery business segment, with a focus on injectable drug-device combination products. Mr Welch has over 30 years of contract development and manufacturing experience, with over 20 years in drug delivery devices and combination products.

Prior to joining PCI, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Phillips-Medisize, leading a 900-person global innovation, development and new product introduction service segment. Mr Welch holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth (MN, US).
