About

Christian Walter, PhD, is the Global Head of Operations Engineering at SHL Medical. In his nearly ten years of professional service to SHL, he has held roles of increasing responsibility in engineering, project management and operations. Currently, he leads an international team of engineering professionals and is in charge of improving and optimising processes that are highly important to SHL’s manufacturing operations.

As the global head of operations engineering, his role is pivotal to the success of SHL’s expansion plans in Taiwan, the USA, Switzerland and other countries. Dr Walter received his PhD in Production Engineering from the ETH Zurich (Switzerland).
