Christy Chen is Manager of Application Engineering at SHL Advantec, an SHL Medical subgroup specialising in high-precision moulds and advanced automation systems for medical device manufacturing. Ms Chen is a seasoned automation product and application engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in the medtech, electronics and manufacturing industries.

Since joining SHL in 2012, she has also held pivotal roles in project management and technical services, aligning cutting-edge technical solutions with customer needs. Ms Chen holds a BS in mechanical engineering and earned an MSc in Sustainable Engineering Technology from the University of Southampton (UK).
