Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) discusses its sterile filling capabilities and how its expanding facilities support growing demand for vial, syringe and cartridge filling.

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing’s (GRAM’s) operations are focused on a strong commitment to sterile filling. GRAM prioritises patient safety by adhering to strict aseptic standards and collaborating closely with each client, using its extensive expertise to generate optimal outcomes.

GRAM’s Sterile Filling Facility One opened in 2020 and features production lines approved by both the EU and the US FDA. The facility has the capacity to produce over 80 million vials as well as more than 10 million syringes and cartridges per year.

Sterile Filling Facility Two is the company’s newest sterile filling facility, equipped to provide over 50 million units of syringe and cartridge filling capacity annually, starting with Line 5 (Table 1). This facility includes the infrastructure needed for future expansion to support client needs and meet market demand.
