Theravance Biopharma is advancing TD-0903, a lung-selective nebulised Janus kinase inhibitor (JAKi) into clinical development to assess its utility in preventing the cytokine storm associated with acute lung injury (ALI) in patients hospitalised COVID-19 patients.
